Shipping

  • Yes, we ship to Belgium as well. We're expanding to the rest of Europe soon.

  • All our units are shipped flat-packed. See below our shipping options:

    Netherlands:

    All side tables ship for FREE within the Netherlands.

    Larger furniture pieces:

    €20 on orders up to €149.99.

    €35 on orders over €150

    €50 on orders over €250

    FREE shipping on all orders over €500.

    Belgium:

    Side Tables:

    €15 on orders up to €199.99.

    €25 on orders over €200.00.

    €40 on orders over €450.00.

    Larger furniture pieces:

    €20 on orders up to €249.99.

    €50 on orders over €250.00.

    Delivery within 10 days for Belgium.

    Collection is free.

    Outlying areas may incur additional costs as well as an extended delivery time. Popstrukt reserves the right to communicate this to the customer after checkout, due to third party quotations that are involved in this process. In such cases, the shipping cost calculated at the end of the checkout process may not be final and subject to change.

  • We ship from our warehouse in Wijchen, The Netherlands. All orders within The Netherlands and Belgium should be delivered within 10 days, depending on the shipping option selected at checkout.

    After placing your order you will receive shipping updates and tracking details via email.

    *Please note tracking is only accurate the day after shipping confirmation is sent.

    Unless otherwise stated, all products are in stock. Pre-order clients will receive notifications once their order has been dispatched.

  • You’re welcome to collect from our warehouse in Wijchen, the Netherlands. Just select the collection option at checkout.

    Collections happen on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    The warehouse address can be seen on the product page, at checkout, and will be included in your order confirmation email.

Product

  • 25kg per tier (shelf, top and/or base) MAX 100kg per unit. If the weight in or on your unit impacts it's functionality, reduce the weight and redistribute the weight. 

  • We unfortunately don't provide additional keys, as we work with 1000 different key options to ensure safety and security. You'll notice there's a number on your lock. This is a universal lock system, so you should be able to take that number to most locksmiths or buy a replacement 25mm cam lock at your nearest hardware store.

  • Our products are intended for indoor use. All our products are pre-treated for additional rust prevention. But as is the nature of steel furniture, the chances of it eventually rusting if exposed to direct salty ocean air, wind, sunlight, rain or damp conditions are high.

  • Our metal products are pre-treated and then powder coated which provides additional protection in terms of durability and weatherability over time. Please note that any metal products are prone to rust or damage if left exposed to the elements all year round or where damages expose the bare metal. Therefore we recommend that our furniture be used indoors and away from damp areas to reduce the risk of corrosion/rust.

  • Although we do everything in our power to avoid any possible damages, accidents happen. If you receive a damaged/faulty product we will replace the damaged unit free of charge.

    Box up the damaged unit, and we will collect it upon delivery of your new unit.

    Let us know via email at info@popstrukt.com (please include your invoice/order number as a reference as well as photos). We will then arrange for a courier to collect the damaged/faulty item at a time that suits your convenience and send you a replacement.

  • We are an online business and do not have our own physical store at the moment, but you can find us at Loods 5 in Amersfoort.

    • All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

    • Yes, we accept online payments. All payment processing and vital customer information is quick, easy, and secure.
